Cut Wire shot

Aluminium Cut Wire shot is used for the blast cleaning, surface finishing and deburring of mainly aluminium castings and forgings. It is very durable and leaves no ferrous residue on the substrate. Aluminium Cut Wire shots are available in three different hardness: 90-120 HV and 100-150 HV with size ranging from 0.60mm to 1.60mm. Our cut wire shots conform to DIN 8201-4, VDFI 8001 and ISO 9001:2015

Round carbon steel cut wire shots are as-cut shots rounded off through a conditioning
process. Conditioned carbon steel cut wire shot is a precision tool. It is made from carbon
steel wire of selected diameter and tensile strength by means of special cutting machines
and a following conditioning by means of special shot blasting machines. It is used more in
the shot peening process; also in different industries such as automotive industry, aerospace
industry, shipping industry, etc. Round carbon steel cut wire shots are available in three
different hardness: 41-49 HRC, 49-55 HRC and 55-60 HRC with size ranging from 0.40mm to
1.60mm. Our cut wire shots conform to SAE J441, VDFI 8001 and ISO 9001:2015

Peening cut wire shot is using for Shot Peening of metallic parts particularly in the aerospace and automotive industries, ie coil springs, leaf springs, engine components and transmition compoments. Shot peening of components requiring high peening intensities or manufactured from high strength steels, surface preparation, deburring and etching of steel items prior to the application of a coating. It’s available in three different hardness: 56-59 HRC, 57-60 HRC and 59-61 HRC with size ranging from 0.20mm to 1.20mm. Our cut wire shots conform to VDFI 8001 and ISO 9001:2015.
